Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of YardOps, including its websites, business-management tools, customer booking features, communications, and related services. By using YardOps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use YardOps.
YardOps services
YardOps helps landscaping and yard-maintenance businesses manage customers, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, and communications. YardOps does not perform landscaping services and is not responsible for work performed by an independent business using the platform. Estimates, schedules, and service details remain subject to confirmation by the applicable service provider.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly notify YardOps of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse YardOps, interfere with its operation, violate applicable law, send unlawful or unwanted communications, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harm others.
Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation
Paid YardOps plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Prices and applicable taxes are disclosed before purchase. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls. Amounts already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: YardOps.
Customers who opt in may receive service-related text messages including appointment confirmations, scheduling or rescheduling notices, service updates, estimates, invoices, payment reminders, and customer-support communications.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
- Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Customers may reply HELP for assistance.
- After replying STOP, customers may receive a final confirmation message and then no further messages unless they opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For information about how mobile information and consent are handled, see the YardOps Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
YardOps and its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership. Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant YardOps the rights necessary to host, process, and display it to provide the service.
Availability and disclaimers
YardOps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every suggestion, estimate, measurement, route, or automated response will be error-free. Users are responsible for reviewing important business decisions and final pricing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or where required by law.
